In January, 2017 I said goodbye to the place that has been Rainy Day Pottery's home for the last 4 years and relocated to a new bigger space in the Lincoln Square neighborhood.  I'm very excited to start working in the new roomier space!  The previous occupant was a dental office for 32 years.  Needless to say, it was worn out and needed a lot of work.....BUT.... after removing most of the walls, new floor, new ceiling tiles and new paint, it looks great.  I just finished setting up the studio and will get back to creating this coming week.  I am really looking forward to seeing what this neighborhood is like, with its cozy feel and unique stores surrounding me.

The Lincoln Square neighborhood is a lot of unique stores tucked away in this warm and friendly neighborhood with lots of shops, cafe's and restaurants.

There is definitely lots to do here in Lincoln Square, including day time shopping, night time fun and even culinary classes in one of the awesome unique stores located in the square.

Lincoln Square is also  home to the annual "Roots Festival" held each year in July.  I'm hoping to get space this year and meet lots of new people!
