I have always loved the rain and stormy weather. I grew up in New England and the Fall is my favorite time of year. I LOVE the rainy fall days in New England with all the beautiful colors. Here in the midwest, the weather can be fierce as well. Chicago is known to have some pretty stormy weather indeed!
Water is an important element to creating with clay. You need a delicate balance of water and clay to create amazing things. Yes, sunny days are great too and serve their purpose, but I come alive during rainy or stormy days and love to be in my studio working on rainy days!
